She has replaced Tsunade as the greatest medical ninjutsu specialist using her Kekkai genkai to do that

Kara Tsume is from Iwagakure, the Rock Village. He specializes in Crab Ninjutsu, because they are his summons and teachers. He has a special mode called the Crab Sage Mode. Also posses Earth and Water changes in Chakra nature.

A medical ninjutsu specilist who has a nervous condition that does not allow him to feel anything. this makes it harder to control chakra but through lots of training he was able to be a medical ninjutsu specilist. In trying to cure his condition he has replaced various parts of his body with other shinobi allowing him to preform many different changes in chakra nature.

A puppet master from Sunagakure, The Village Hidden in the Sand. She has grown up in the newer generation under the Kazekage Garra and is a kind and good shinobi who cares about people, but also the laws. Her puppet has many hidden machinisms in the hands that it has, nearly twenty-five of them

A ninja from Otogakre, the hidden village in Sound. It was a an experiment with the curse seal, taking the form altering enzymes of the Curse Seal and emplanting them into a newly born baby. The experiment didnt go as planned and the enzymes erased the DNA and turned it into a formless blob. The blob had chakra and could respond to the outside world but couldnt do anything else. After an accident some human DNA was introduced into it and it became a human. Experimented on even more Nashi developed some rudimentary jutsu that makes it the perfect spy for Oto.

A Shinobi from Oto, the sound village, he was kidnapped by the Sound Four and the Otokage. He was forced into the ranks of the Naoki. He was given a Curse Seal that was specially designed to control him when in stage two. He rebelled with the Otokage's son, Minoru Naoki and overthrew him, placing Minoru in charge. Orimaru uses Fuuinjutsu due to his clan's Kekkai Genkai of viable chakra. Later on he fails Minoru and is able to escape being killed, going on to create three new bijuu

A master of Fire Fuuinjutsu and Barrier Fuuinjutsu. He is the father of both Ronbun and Orimaru. He fought in the Fourth Shinobi War against the First Akatsuki, and has been a major part of the Haji clan ever since. He is on the Kanbu, the group leading the Haji clan and wields one of the sacred Jian, named Yottsu, which augments his abilities greatly, having a concentration seal on the blade.

He is Orimaru's twin brother who was left in the care of the Haji clan. He has devoted his life to getting his brother back but failing miserably because of his brother's hate for not saving him. He focuses on Fuuinjutsu too, though he has many more advanced versions than Orimaru does because of his access to clan records. Also he has a special seal given by the clan that allows them to have tangible chakra that can create seals in midair, and support itself.

Another freedom fighter from the grass village, he uses wax that he expels from his mouth to coat his opponents, sucking their chakra from them, which appears above them as a flame, making them look like a candle.

Another freedom fighter from the grass village, she is an experienced assassin who fights using a silent killing method. She possesses a Kekkai Genkai that allows her to combine the earth and fire elements to create coal, filling the air with coal dust and causing trouble breathing while in the cloud, then she attacks silently from the outside.
